Repitch Refund Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Refunds are at our discretion and as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time so you are never billed again — and if something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will review it individually.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time from Settings, monthly and annual plans alike; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We don't routinely refund partly used billing periods; refunds are at our discretion and as required by law.

The free trial

The free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. It is 20 minutes of exported video with no time limit — try the whole thing before you pay us anything.

Something went wrong?

If you believe a charge was a mistake — a duplicate payment, a billing error, or a technical problem on our side that stopped you from using what you paid for — email support@repitch.io from the address on your account. We review every request individually. A refund granted once is a courtesy, not a commitment to refund future charges.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, as the seller of record, so Stripe and Link process any refund we approve. Stripe may also refund a purchase within 60 days of the charge — for example, to resolve a problem you raise with them — and applies local cooling-off rules where they exist. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds, disputes, and your plan

If the payment for your current billing period is refunded in full, or disputed with your bank, the plan it paid for ends right away and your account goes back to the free trial. Exported minutes you already used stay counted. A partial refund, or a refund of an older payment, doesn't change your plan.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under law. If you are in the EU, the UK, or anywhere else with consumer-protection rules that give you refund or cancellation rights, those rights are unaffected and come first.
